Why I do it

Since childhood, I've always been curious about life's fundamentals.

The more I learned, the more fun I had refashioning it into something new.

That's precisely why I became a Biomedical Engineer.

By the time college rolled around, however, I found myself burnt out.

Constantly making life choices that cost me time, energy, and happiness.

My mindset needed changing, though I was unsure where to start.

That's when my curiosity turned into my greatest asset.

When my philosophy, neuroscience, biology, and physics courses

all started serving a deeper purpose beyond a grade.

They've helped me build systems for myself that will last a lifetime

Ever since then, I've been living the best version of my life that I know how.

Now, I write a newsletter to a few folks sharing those insights.
